My husband and I live in Mount Dora and Jericha with LRA Insurance went above and beyond to find the best cost effective policy for our property insurance. She was available 24/7 to answer all our questions and to guide us when completing the policy. We so appreciate all her help and guidance and her patience with us . Margaret and Jennifer have always been able to help me with any issues that I have had. They are always courteous, and make you feel like you're one of the LRA family. In this day and age good customer service, seems to be a lost art, but Margaret and Jennifer, each are a 10+. it's hard to find employees that go the extra mile!

This company goes above and beyond to help you with your insurance needs. They are kind, responsive and extremely helpful. My new home was automatically enrolled with another insurance company and the customer service was awful, non responsive and they never informed me payment didn’t go through until the day the policy was already cancelled. I was never made aware or warned of this issue and it left me in a stressful situation on a Friday but Lynette and Jennifer from LRA saved the day! They quickly were able to solve the issue. The customer service from LRA compared to my previous insurance company has been night and day. I also really appreciated the quote and follow up from Jericha. She was able to quickly explain the policy and made it make sense. My previous insurance company would always connect me to someone else and waste tons of time and didn’t seem to know anything. I have been very satisfied with my insurance coverage for auto and home over the years through LRA. I am especially grateful for the excellent customer service from Jericha Becker.
